Further Biography.  Education skills and work experience.

Aloro Butrus is 28, at present Butrus is the project officcer for CEFoRD and he suppervise all projects, represent CEFoRD in absence of the Coordinator, participate in proposal writing and fund raising, report compilation and review and many others. Butrus started his career as Child Rights activist and consultant in Participatory Video and Forum Theatre. He was born in 1986 amidst the civil war in South Sudan. His highest level of education is advanced secondary school certificate. He studied History, Economics, Geography and literature in English. Butrus works for CEFoRD as a program Officer and a consultant at regional level in South Sudan. He started his career as Child Rights Protection activist with CEFoRD in 2011 up to now he has four years of working experience in working with Children and young people including local community leaders and duty bearers at Boma level. With some capacity building trainings notably on Child Rights, Advocacy, Human Rights, Democarcy and Good Governance, facilitation skills, session development and planning using media for advocacy and awareness raising, Butrus continuous to excel in his career as a social working. His greatest assets for his works includes but not limited to the following; His ability to work independently with limited supervision and guidance; His creativity and the ability to think positive and device solution to a problem has always placed him above others. Another thing about Butrus is. His organizational skills and reliability. I can say Butrus is adoptive perfectionist. He can easily swap himself to a system depending on the situation and the environment he is entitled to. He always keeps his word; he is always available for you when you want his help. Furthermore, he is knowledge hungry, Knowledgeable and curious to learn new things and that’s the reason he is able to compete with people of higher level of education, he is able to do extraordinary things like his knowledge in information technology with no recognized certificate not even a single but he performs well. In conclusion, Butrus only needs an opportunity to excel. His courage and ambitions to be a role model in South Sudan presents great leadership potentials in him..
